Raising a complaint

Please contact us on 07535 578751 or email info4blinds@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within one working day.

Investigation

We will investigate and respond fully within 10 working days.

Escalation

If you remain dissatisfied you may refer your complaint to Isle of Wight Trading Standards.
